Nir Giron, Production Coordinator – 28, Active entrepreneur in the field of ecology. Partner and Activities Coordinator in the educational body "Green Elephant - Training for Sustainable Culture". Accompanies promoters of sustainability under the auspices of the Heschel Center, Planning Permaculture, Founder of the "Global Awakening Movement (NPO)" , where he coordinated the activities for 5 years. BA in Education and Science and Environmental Studies Teaching , from Seminar HaKibbutzim College, in a joint program with the Institute for Democratic Education. A graduate of the College for Social Leadership - a pre-Army preparatory course, Upper Galilee. Part of the on-site production teams of Activism Festicals between 2003-2005.

Orit Buchovza – After several years of working with some of the largest cultural events in Europe - Orit returned to us, She now concentrates on content production and promotion of "world support" initiatives. A combination of European professionalism and the joy of work, to be found only when you work on something you believe in with all your heart!
Dr. Uri Gordon, Contents – BA from the University of Tel - Aviv and a Ph.D. from Oxford University.
Lecturer in Ethics, Politics, and Environmental Sociology, at the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies. Main Instructor in the Environmental Leadership Development Program of the Arava Institute.
Porter Fellow in the School of Environmental Studies at Tel - Aviv University (class of 2006).
Is a member of the Israeli Committee for the Human and Biosphere Program of UNESCO. Developer of the Methodological Report on Ecosystem Services Assessment in Biosphere Reserves .
Lecturer in the "Environmental Fellows of the Negev" program, of the Shatil Organization .
