dismantling in an organized fashion

Starting from Sunday morning until Monday evening. each organization is responsible for folding up and cleaning the area assigned to it. In addition, anyone who is interested will be invited to stay and help dismantle. Every morning the "Morning Circle" will focus on tasks. ביום רביעי ה-17/3, 18:00, יתקיים מפגש פעילים וארגונים אחרון לקראת הפסטיבל.

מזמינים את כולם, ובעיקר את הכוחות הירושלמיים המקומיים לבוא, להכיר, להשמיע את דעותיכם ולקחת חלק בהכנות לפסטיבל .
זהו חודש של סגירות לקראת הפסטיבל, וההזדמנות האחרונה לקחת חלק בתהליך ההפקה וההשפעה על האופי והמבנה של הפסטיבל.
הפגישה תתקיים במשרדי הקרן החדשה לישראל, יד חרוצים 9, ירושלים.

נושאים על הפרק:
סבב הכרות – כי תמיד יש פנים חדשות.
עדכון הפקה – תמונת מצב מצד הצוותים.
זמן לשאלות, רעיונות ומחשבות יצירתיות.
חיבור פעילים חדשים לצוותים הפועלים

Tribal camp

This is a pre-Seminar, advertised in advance and open to the public by registration in advance. During the day there will be 3 Rounds of workshops by conference participants. Every evening will be a unique experiential activity (Poetry evening, Storytelling, Screening of a film, etc.)As part of the Tribal Week routine " each morning there will be a guided "Morning Circle" in which that day's workshops and lectures are presented. In the Circle, volunteers will be recruited for the camp's daily tasks and for tasks yet unfinished in preparation for the 3 days of the Festival. The circle is also a platform for messages, important issues and problems that arise in the camp. במהלך השבוע יתקיים 'מעגל יוזמות' בסגנון במה פתוחה לכלל המשתתפים.

Construction week

Preparation of the area for the Festival itself. This week depends on 30-50 volunteers, organized in advance, Every morning there will be a "Morning Circle" which will serve as a gathering place and a platform for messages and distribution of daily tasks. Each evening there will be a "Night Circle" to summarize the day . במהלך ימי ההקמה ישולבו סדנאות בודדות להעשרה של המתנדבים.

פתיחת הרשמה למשתתפים לכל ימי הפסטיבל ולמנחי סדנאות במהלך הסמינר המקדים – שבוע השבט – שיתקיים בשבוע שלפני הפסטיבל.
